1920s Kitchen

1929s Kitchen, a Year usually remembered for the parties, were built with  100% efficiency in mind. The styles that were used in the kitchens of 1920's were usualy bold. This style is now followed by various modern day interior designers.
 
The early 1920s to late 1920s was also famous for jazz and flappers which may have been used in parties too.
 
a) The dominant colors used in kitchens of the 1920's were yellow, white and black. 
 
b) The Tiled floors were usually in black and white.
 
c) The tiles used in walls was usally  art-deco style tiles. This style was developed following the WW1. It offered a new and royal style of decorating.
 
d) Checkered black and white tiles were mostly used.
 
e) Designed Rugs with flowers or swirls were used over the flooring.
 
f) Wall scones, floor lamps in bronze and glass, aluminium, or nickel were used widely.
 
g) 1920 was a year, where Technological growth was minimal. Due to this, appliances was minimal and also looked big. Most appliances was white coloured with rounded edges.

Leaking Bathroom Faucet

A bathroom faucet which is leaking from the top. He describes the faucet as :

a) Faucet with a black rubber thing. This has to be put under the top of the counter.
 

He also mentions that the water leakage happens between the base of the faucet and the rubber.
